About the Role:

Our clients Business division operates across all business markets, delivering high-speed broadband alongside a comprehensive portfolio of data, voice, and security solutions. Reporting to the Enterprise Sales Manager, this role is focused on driving growth and expanding market share within the business customer segment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a broad range of connectivity solutions, from broadband and dedicated internet services to managed Wi-Fi and security offerings. This is a dynamic, target-driven role involving a mix of virtual and face-to-face customer engagement.

Duties & Tasks:

  • Interact with clients and stakeholders, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.

  • Deliver customer presentations and webinars.

  • Manage and grow a customer base through multiple engagement channels.

  • Upsell products and services to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs and sales targets.

  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on sales pipeline performance, key metrics, and KPIs.

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align activity and maximise effectiveness.

  • Upsell across multiple product sets and verticals, as agreed with the Enterprise Sales Manager.

  • Negotiate commercial terms and multi-year agreements with customers.

  • Manage time effectively to prioritise sales activity and customer engagement.

  • Leverage social media platforms to support sales and customer engagement.

  • Work in line with agreed product, market, and business rules.

  • Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

  • Continuously develop knowledge through self-learning and market awareness.

  • Build a strong competitive understanding of customer environments and needs.

  • Undertake additional duties as required from time to time.

You Will Need:

  • 2–3 years experience in a similar sales or business development role.

  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

  • A reasonable technical understanding of connectivity, data, voice, or security technologies.

  • Full clean driving licence.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and embrace change.

  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality.

  • Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and building long-term relationships.

  • Strong communication skills, including confidence engaging with customers over the phone.

  • Comfort handling objections, queries, and concerns professionally.

  • Enjoyment of working towards targets in a sales-focused environment.
